Who We're Looking For:
Are you detail-oriented and reliable? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Returns Specialist to join our team. As a Returns Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling returns efficiently and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inspect returned products for quality and compliance.
- Record and document return reasons and any product defects.
- Occasionally communicate effectively with customers regarding return status and resolutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to restock returned items.
- Review returns reports with the management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
